Online Shiatsu and wellness coaching

  • Individual online shiatsu sessions
    During the Covid-19 lockdown period, I developed a way of offering online, individual shiatsu sessions tailored to your needs, where I guide you through various self-shiatsu and energy boosting exercises and show you how to work on relevant acupressure points to ease your symptoms. We might also do some gentle stretches and breathing exercises where appropriate and I will send you distant shiatsu healing throughout. After the session, I will email you a summary of the session with a recap of specific acupressure points, exercises or dietary suggestions. I have been pleasantly amazed at the efficacy of these online sessions. Learning shiatsu tools to use on yourself and your family, is very empowering and accelerates the healing process.

  • Group webinars and online courses
    I also run regular group webinars, focusing on reducing stress and anxiety and supporting your immune system. In these webinars, I show you simple shiatsu and kinesiology techniques and exercises to promote mental and physical wellbeing and to reduce stress and anxiety and support your immune system.
    Some of the webinars I’m offering are free. I’m also offering low-cost four week online courses.

The techniques I will show you are simple to learn, but very powerful tools, such as  easy meditations and breathing exercises,  Makaho stretches , Qi gong exercises, self-shiatsu and energy boosting methods, coupled with tapping on acupressure points , EFT tapping and working with meridians .
